Ken Mosesian
Principal
The founder of Mosesian Strategies, Ken is passionately committed to connecting businesses to the promise of their brand, and helping them keep their promise by delivering extraordinary experiences to their customers. Ken holds a B.A. in Psychology from California State University, Stanislaus.
His 20 years of experience in leading companies through start-up, growth and turnaround, has helped him to transform businesses from diverse industries, including law firms, medical and dental practices, health and fitness companies, restaurants, and non-profit organizations. Ken’s work focuses on brand and customer experience, strategic planning, communication, and leadership training.

Ken has held corporate marketing positions and worked as the Executive Director and the Development Director of national non-profit organizations. He has served as a Director on several non-profit boards. Ken has a deep knowledge of LGBTQ issues, and is recognized for building trusted partnerships with key stakeholders across all levels.
Meredith Carr, M.B.A.

Meredith Carr is a multi-faceted marketing professional with a career that spans healthcare, nonprofit, entertainment and publishing. She holds a M.B.A. from the Massey School of Business at Belmont University and a B.A. from Middle Tennessee State University.
Meredith is the Founder and CEO of Different Stripe, L.L.C., a creative services firm that provides copy and content development for corporations, healthcare organizations, nonprofits and small businesses. She helps clients engage and inform through smart, relevant branding and content strategies targeted to customers, employees and other stakeholders.

Lucas M. Davis, M.Ed., SHRM-CP

Luke brings over fifteen years of experience as both a leader in higher education and business executive focused on business development, branding, and human resources leadership. He has a M.Ed. in Adult & Higher Education from the University of Missouri and a B.S. from Western Kentucky University. He is also a Society of Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
Luke is currently the Founder & CEO of Make It Matter, LLC – a boutique consulting organization focused on finding purpose and meaning in today’s workplace. He frequently focusing on helping organizations realign their branding, human resources policies and overall organization, efficiency and strategy.
